Crunchy, crusty, yummy bread!
Ok this is the last bread related post… But can there be anything better than good bread. Whether you the type who prefers soft crusted loaves of crunchy baguettes, bread in all it’s variations is sublime. Patisserie de Paris in Blairgowrie produces just such bread, the old fashioned way not with premixes with old fashioned love. Their baguette has been voted Jozi’s best and their pecan and cranberry loaf is brilliant. Secret tip, get there between 17:00 and 18:00 and pay half price for all breads, and a few other choice items, but be warned they may be sold out!
