Warm Winter Bruschetta
Ingredients
– finely sliced Parma ham
– grilled artichoke hearts
– ricotta cheese
– pine nuts
– sundried tomatoes
– crispy chorizo pieces
Start by toasting the bruschetta then top it with all the ingredients, starting with the ricotta and ending with the crispy chorizo pieces. Mediterranean summer on a plate.
