We will be heating things up with Samba Brasileiro (Tuesday 28 June 2022; 17h30 for 18h00; R560) we will be taking a peek and taste of the incredible food and flavours of Brazil.  Influenced by the Portuguese and the Spanish the food of Brazil is loaded with bold flavours, what it may appear to lack in subtlety it more than makes up for in passion.  The class will include popular dishes like Prawn Moqueca, Coxinhas, Pao de Quiejo, Chicken Malagueta; Mousse de Maracuja; Feijoada; Bahian Coconut Rice and plenty more.

    We tried to run this class, during the time of which we shall not speak, and have decided that since we missed out on this chance, we want to celebrate the amazing vegetarian cuisine of India, Delicious India (Tuesday 31 May 2022; R560; 17h30 for 18h00) with a few special highlights from the province of Gujurat in India, they are especially well known for how they magically create the most delicious vegetarian food (most of the province is vegetarian).  Recipes will include Gujurati Samosa; Khandvi (a delicious gluten free snack); Methi ka Thepla (a methi infused flatbread); Aam Shrikhand (Mango/Yoghurt dessert)
