Then due to much request we will be hosting a Pasta Masterclass [14 July 2021; 17h30; R500] this class will cover include making your own fresh pasta dough, Ligurian wine infused fresh pasta, hand cutting noodles like tagliatelle and parpadelle, as well as making your own tortellini and ravioli.  The event will also include some quick simple sauces that will make the most of your fresh pasta, as a bonus we will also throw in a quick demo on making your own fresh gnocchi at home.
