We will then be hosting one of our hugely popular Pasta Masterclass (Tuesday 24 May 2022; R560p.p; 17h30 for 18h00) events. 5 Groups of 4 guests working together to produce 5 different fresh pasta shapes, with 5 different sauces, this a crazy celebration of fresh pasta, the skills to producing your own egg free pasta, rich egg pasta, how to stuff and fill pasta pockets. Pasta shapes will include hand cut pappardelle, ravioli, tortellini, garganelli and fettucine. Sauces will include a quick Pork Salsiccia Ragu, quick cheats ragu and plenty more.
