It doesn’t seem to matter how many times we run this class, there are always more people who miss the chance to join us and who ask us to host it again.  So, Emilio will be sharing his love of Mozambican & Portuguese cooking in Mozamgese:  My Home Kitchen [Thursday 23 January 2025; R800; 17h30 for 18h00], this is the food that Emilio grew up with.   The class will offer a mix of Mozambican & Portuguese recipes and will be a celebration of both countries (and of the dishes he loves the most). The 15 recipes will include Spicy Chicken Livers; Galinha Zambeziana (a coconut & peri peri grilled chicken); Peri Peri Grilled Prawns; Mozambican Prawn Curry; Pasteis de Bacalhau (Subject to availability); Pasteis de Nata and Chocolate Mousse
