We love the tastes of the Far east and we will be hosting a fun hands on class covering the food of the region. We have taken our favourite recipes from Japan, China and South Korea. Who doesn’t love the delicious crispiness of South Korean Dak-Gangjeong (crispy chicken with sticky, hot & sweet sauce), or the hearty satisfaction of a bowl of Japanese udon noodles. or fiery Gong Bao Ji Ding (Kung Pao Chicken) with its characteristic ma-la (hot and numbing) flavours of sechuan pepper and chili oil.
