Far East Feast [Wednesday 27 October, 17h30 for 18h00; R500] will be a chance to explore the flavours of far east Asia, including South Korea, China and Japan.  Recipes will include classic South Korean  Yangnyeom-tongdak (Spicey, sweet & sour fried chicken) and we will also be sharing the secrets to folding your own Pork & Chive Dumplings and the secrets for creating the ultimate Chicken Yakitori with a smokey ginger, garlic & soy dipping sauce.
