With everyone missing their December holidays we thought it would be fun to take a culinary journey across South East Asia, with a new class Eat Asia (Tuesday 28 January; 17h30 for 18:00; R780) which will offer a taste of food from across the region, imagine bold, vibrant and spicey flavours from Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore: the 18 recipes taught will include new and soon to be favourite dishes like Thai Peanut Slaw; Prawn & Chicken Nasi Goreng; Chicken Rendang; Prawn Amok; Singaporean Satay & Peanut Sauce; Banh Pate So; Larb Gaai; Sweet Sambal Green Beans; Ayam Goreng (Crispy fried chicken); Acar Ketimun; Red Curry, toasted coconut icecream served with Pisang Goreng
