We will be sharing the secrets to many wonderful slow cooked dishes including Risotto Milanese (made with beef marrow and saffron) served against Osso Bucco stew, tagliatelle al ragu bianco; gnocchi alla Romana; Polenta con fungi; Pollo alla cacciatore; Tuscan Kale with Garlic & Chilli; Torta di Mele; Hazelnut Cantuccini and plenty more.
