We will be hosting another look at the wonderful food of India in our event A Passage to India [8 June 2021; 17h30; R500] this class will cover dishes from across India with some of the favourites, Lamb Rogan Josh; Chicken Tikka Masala; Kerala Fish Curry and some new dishes that we hope will satisfy inspire you on to discovering more classic Indian cuisine like Bhutte Ka Kees (spiced sweetcorn snack), Aloo ke Gutke (Dry Potato Curry); Sarson Ka Saag (Punjabi Spinach Curry) the class will also include some interesting breads and sweets to finish the meal off.  Check out our full vegetarian Indian class on 30 June 2021.
