The second part of our series Iberian Peninsula, Seggundo [Thursday 19 March; R550] which covers the delicious and bold flavours of Spain, influenced by the sea, north Africa and even France.  This menu will include Fabada Asturiana (A white bean & chorizo stew), a classic seafood paella, tortilla Espanola, Pisto (a Spanish ratatouille), gambas al ajillo (garlic prawns), gambas a la plancha (lemon grilled prawns) and Tarta de Santiago – a thin crusted almond tart.
