We are thrilled to be reintroducing our original format pasta class, this style class will see students working in groups of 4.  Pasta Fresca Masterclass [Tuesday 17 November; R500], skills we will be covering in this class will include making your own fresh pasta dough, Ligurian wine infused fresh pasta, hand cutting noodles like tagliatelle and pappardelle, as well as making your own tortellini and ravioli.  The event will also include some quick simple sauces that will make the most of your fresh pasta, as a bonus we will also throw in a quick demo on making your own fresh gnocchi at home.
