We will be hosting a Fresh Pasta Master Class (23 October 2019; R480), skills we will be covering in this class will include making your own fresh pasta dough, Liguarian wine infused fresh pasta, hand cutting noodles like tagliatelle and parpadelle, as well as making your own tortellini and ravioli, as a bonus we will also throw in a quick demo on making your own fresh gnocchi at home.
