We will be hosting a French class, Campagne [Wednesday 12 August; 17h30; R500; Max 16 Guests] this class will cover classic French country fare. It will be a heady trip from the Brittany to the Cote d’Azur recipes will include Provencal Pissaladiere, silky rich liver pate, seafood bouillabaisse, pear tarte tatin and deliciously moreish and crumbly Sable Breton (made with pure French butter).
