Join us for Aegean Odyssey [20 August 2020; 17h30 for 18h00; R500; Max 16 Guests], this class is made up of wonderful recipes from around the Aegean Sea. We will have dishes from Greece, Turkey, Cyprus and Crete. The class will include quick make at home chicken souvla, a crazy good Melopita (a cheese and honey pie); Piyaz Salad; Lahmacun (Turkish mince topped pizza) and a selection of wonderful salads and side dishes with big bold flavours. We will also be sharing the secrets of making your own wonderful Rose & Pistachio Baklava fingers and a fragrant and delicate Basbousa (a semolina and almond cake) and a Shamali (the Cypriot version of the Basbousa)
