As things get cooler we will start warming things up in the kitchen, we will be hosting A Passage to India [Wednesday 22 April; R500] class, inspired by the scents, spices and hospitality of India this event will include so many amazing classic Indian recipes, recipes included will be tandoori chicken, pakora, bhajia, roti, dhal mahknie, chicken tikka masala and for dessert silky rich saffron & rose kulfi and quick coconut ladoo.
