We will be hosting A Passage to India [Tuesday 25 August; R500; Max 16 Guests] class, inspired by the scents, spices and hospitality of India this event will include so many amazing classic Indian recipes, recipes included will be tandoori chicken, pakora, bhajia, roti, dhal mahknie, chicken tikka masala and for dessert silky rich saffron & rose kulfi and quick coconut ladoo.
