    Due to huge demand we will be repeating our sell out class Eat The World Italy which we held in August.  This class will cover some amazing torta (cakes), rolling your own fresh pasta for fettucine and ravioli and making fresh gnocchi as well as some really delicious recipes that will definitely become a part of your regular repertoire. REPEAT:  With my love of Italy there was no way we were doing a Med trip as part of the Eat the World series without a stop here. The toughest part was trying to choose only 15 recipes that capture Italian food.  All the favourites will be included plus a few we think you will be excited to discover, the class will include the basic skills of rolling pasta, fresh gnocchi, risotto and plenty more.

    We are beyond thrilled to be sharing our kitchen with internationally renowned Chef Mateu Blanch Chef Patron of Caravista.  Thanks to the Spanish Embassy and The Spanish Chamber of Commerce who are bringing this top chef to South Africa as part of a greater cultural exchange, we will be offering a limited number of guests a chance for a hands on evening of traditional and contemporary Spanish tapas as well as the chance to relax in our kitchen with this phenomenal chef. Of course no event like this would be complete without bubbles to add a magical sparkle to the whole event, of course Spain is the home of much loved cava and great cava is synonymous with Freixenet, so it is only fitting that our evening will be partnered by this fantastic cava.
