  • HOT ASIA

    Hot Asia will focus on delicious, if fierce and fiery dishes from across Asia.  Our journey will start in India with Ambot Tik (Goan Prawn & Coconut Curry), explosively flavoured pani puri and then it will make its way round to Japan with Kuwayaki (Spicey Chicken) and Chicken Karaage with a home made sweet chili sauce and bowls of noodles in delicious broth.   • Pasta Fresca Masterclass

    Due to popular demand we will be hosting three pasta making classes this year.  The first Pasta Fresca Masterclass [Thursday 12 March; R500], skills we will be covering in this class will include making your own fresh pasta dough, Liguarian wine infused fresh pasta, hand cutting noodles like tagliatelle and parpadelle, as well as making your own tortellini and ravioli, as a bonus we will also throw in a quick demo on making your own fresh gnocchi at home.
