    Our final event for August will be Eating Together with Whirlpool, this is also the final class in our series which has already run for a year, we will be hosting a special final class A Year of Eating Together (28 August 2019; R480) as a celebration of everything this class has always been about.  It’s about friends, family, gathering to cook together and of course to eat together.  This class will give highlights from all the different events over the last year. We have loved creating magic with Whirlpool this past year, so keep an eye out, because next month we will be launching a brand new series of events with Whirlpool.

  • Secret Sunday Brunch: The Spring Edition

  • #mondayswithmilo: Spring in a Pan

    Then it will be time for #mondayswithmilo:  Spring in a Pan (2 September; R350) with resident instructor Emilio, sharing his quick fix Monday night cooking class.  Designed to be quicker, with only two recipes per group, this is a great easy introduction to The Cookery, a fun social way to spend a Monday night.  Milo will be sharing some fabulous easy Spring recipes all designed to be cooked in one pan, keeping things really simple!

  • La Grassa: The Story of Italian cuisine

    One of my favourite Italian cities is Bologna, for its beautiful porticoes and walkways, its graceful and fashionable residents, gorgeous shopping arcades, but mostly for its incredible food.  Called “La Grassa” or the “The Fat” in reference to the fact that it is the belly of Italy’s food movement, so many famous Italian recipes come from this small town.  The class will include the skills at making your own tortellini in brodo, tagliatelle ragu and gorgeous authentic lasagne!
